My wife and I bought an expensive ECM coffee machine during Covid when our regular coffee cafe had to close.
Since then, we have started the day with our first four cups made at home but have always struggled to produce a consistently quality cup of coffee.
Out of frustration, we took the Espresso Foundation three-hour class at Veneziano Coffee Roasters, Richmond, run by Coffee Specialist Lachlan Hall and are so pleased we did.
We learnt there are so many aspects that influence making coffee and key areas you need to control to make consistently good coffee. .
It has totally changed the way we make our coffee.
