had an amazing experience with the Espresso Foundations course at Veneziano Coffee Roasters in Canberra. As a complete beginner, I was a little nervous at first, but the trainer made everything easy to understand and incredibly enjoyable.
The instructor was patient, professional, and very detailed in every explanation—from espresso extraction to milk steaming and even basic latte art. He gave me individual guidance and made sure no one was left behind. I learned so much in just a few hours!
It was an exceptionally rewarding learning experience that equipped me with fundamental coffee-making techniques. I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to my trainer, Adam Uren, whose remarkable patience and good humor transformed complex concepts into easily digestible lessons. His meticulous approach to instruction and ability to maintain an engaging atmosphere throughout the session truly enhanced the learning process.
