Great beginners course which demystified a perfect coffee. Being able to bring own machine so course was instantly transferable to home was a plus. Lachy (instructed) was patient and clear.

Lachie led a great workshop with plenty of tips for beginner and intermediate home Baristas. It was great to see the difference between the levels of machines and the quality of coffee grind from the built in grinders compared to stand alone grinders.
